Biography
Born on 9 October 1976 in Manatu Garh, Palamu, Shri Archit Anand has dedicated his life to public service and community development. A graduate of Delhi University, he represented the Bihar NCC contingent at the Republic Day Parade in New Delhi in 1995.
His family background is closely linked to social service: his father, Shri Harindra Anand, served as Joint Secretary (Government of Bihar), and his mother, Smt. Neelam Anand, co-founded Shiv Shishya Pariwar. His wife, Smt. Barkha Sinha, leads Shiv Shishya Harindranand Foundation and Vaishwik Shiv Shishya Pariwar.
Social Commitment
As Secretary of P.E.T.C.I., Shri Anand has led initiatives in watershed management, plantation, skill training and community mobilization. He has personally supported the adoption and welfare of 100 Birhor tribal children in Dhanbad and regularly organises skill training and educational programmes for marginalised communities.
Sports & Leadership
A keen sports promoter, Shri Anand heads several sports bodies and actively supports youth training programs in cricket, fencing, swimming and kabaddi across Jharkhand.
Languages & Interests
Fluent in Nagpuri, Bhojpuri, Hindi and English. Interests include environmental conservation, youth development and promoting rural livelihoods.
BIOGRAPHY

Sri Archit Anand was born on the 9th of October 1976 in Manatugarh, Palamu.
His father Sri Harindranand is the Rtd. Joint Secretary of Bihar government.
His mother, Didi Neelam Anand, is the co-founder of Shiv Shishya Pariwar (N.G.O.).
His consort Smt. Barkha Sinha is the President of the Shiv Shishya Harindranand Foundation (Trust) and Vaishwik Shiv Shishya Pariwar (Trust). She, besides being engaged in social services, also takes an interest in spiritualism.
A graduate of Delhi University, Sri Anand has strong patriotic zeal. He joined the National Cadet Corps and represented the Bihar Contingent in the Republic Day Celebration, New Delhi, in the year 1995.
Always inclined to sacrifice his benefits for the sake of the country, society and someone suffering, he never lags in serving an individual, colony, society or country.
His active career started right from his college days. After taking the onus of the N.G.O. As a secretary, his propensity for social service became much more intense, and this inclination manifested in various ways.
On behalf of the NGO, He has adopted 100 children of the Birhor tribe in the Dhanbad district.
Not only through the N.G.O. but individually too he organises Skill Development & Training Programme for the empowerment and upliftment of others from time to time.
Working for water conservation and environmental protection with the help of various organizations.
By nature an extrovert and have good skills in Nagpuri, Bhojpuri, Hindi, and English language.
He loves cricket and other sports. He has participated in various sports events in Bihar and Jharkhand. He always endeavours to promote new players and organises tournaments for them.
Sri Anand also chairs Didi Neelam Infracon Private Ltd., embarking upon road construction and building construction, is President of Rockmans Cricket Academy, Ranchi, and is the vice president of the Jharkhand Olympic Association, President of the Fencing Association, President of the Jharkhand Swimming Association, and with the Kabaddi Association of Jharkhand as Chairman.
