P.E.T.C.I. is a registered, non-governmental organisation focused on sustainable rural development. Our programmes strengthen community resilience through integrated natural resource management, livelihood enhancement and skills training. We collaborate with government departments, national schemes and local institutions to deliver measurable outcomes.

Background:
P.E.T.C.I. was established with a view to creating a better place for the deprived section of society, especially the underprivileged groups and others, through fisheries, agriculture, plantations, watershed management, environment, skill development, and training programmes. To come to fruition, P.E.T.C.I. worked hand in hand with the schemes and concept of the government, and also independently.
