P.E.T.C.I. was established to improve the lives of the deprived, especially underprivileged groups, through fisheries, agriculture, plantations, watershed management, environment, skill development, and training programmes. To achieve this, P.E.T.C.I. worked hand in hand with the government schemes and concepts and also independently.
